Please allow 5 business days for ready to ship items to be posted, and up to 6 weeks for custom orders, unless otherwise stated in item description. If you need something quickly, please contact us.

All Kannava Jewels will be sent via Australia Post.

All custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon ordering, the other 50% is required upon completion of the piece. If you change your mind about your custom piece, your deposit is automatically forfeit. No change of mind to customs after the non-refundable deposit is paid.

Please allow up to 10 weeks for custom orders to be made. This allows for careful ring design, stone selection plus the many steps it takes to thoughtfully create your bespoke ring by hand. All good things take time :)

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchasing in exchange for another item, or credit which lasts for one year. No refunds for change of mind.

No refunds or exchanges on custom jewellery, including any pieces with custom engraving or stones. 

Please be very careful when selecting your ring size. If you wish to swap your ring for a new size a $100 resize fee applies. Some rings cannot be resized and Kannava Jewels reserves the right to refuse a ring resize if it is not possible. 

Kannava Jewels accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once an item has been dispatched by Australia Post. Kannava Jewels is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events.

Kannava Jewels recommends selecting insured post at checkout for items over $100 and will not be responsible for reimbursing you for items that are lost in the mail if you haven't selected this option

If selecting the pick up option at checkout, please note Kannava Jewels holds no responsibility for items that are not collected after 14 days. 

If you are unable to pick up your pieces from designated pick up destinations within this time, please get in touch with Ruby and she can organise for the piece to be posted. 

Kannava Jewels are not liable for any adverse reactions you may have to metals. All metals are written in item listing, and in term, Kannava Jewels cannot offer a refund on the basis of this. Please make sure you have no allergies to metals listed before purchasing. 

Kannava Jewels will repair any jewellery due to poor craftmanship, this does not include general wear and tear (including dents or scratches), cracked, chipped, broken, or lost stones, bent or snapped rings. A fee may be discussed for repairing any of the afore mentioned. 

Please note that every Kannava Jewel is lovingly handmade in Melbourne, and we cannot accept returns on the basis of slight variation. Every piece is special and unique therefore any differences are due to the handmade nature and/or natural properties of pearls and stones.

 

Caring for your Kannava Jewels

Each Kannava Jewel is lovingly hand made in Naarm/Melbourne
by Ruby Kannava, this means no two are exactly the same and
your Kannava Jewel will always be unique. All of our handmade
rings are 100% recycled gold and silver.

To ensure your jewels last a lifetime, always treat your jewellery
with the utmost care.

Avoid wearing your jewellery swimming, bathing, doing the
dishes/cleaning, or whilst carrying out strenuous activity.
Treat jewels with stones (especially pearls, opals and emeralds)
with extra TLC as they are particularly delicate.

Take off all jewellery when applying skincare, makeup or
perfume as these may be abrasive to stones and/or cause metal to
tarnish.

Gold and silver are metals that naturally tarnish, especially
without regular wear. To clean your gold and silver of tarnish, use
a non abrasive metal specific gold or silver polishing cloth. To
remove dirt from stones/jewels, place in warm soapy water for
5-10 minutes and gently scrub with an old toothbrush to dislodge
any dirt. Never submerge pearls in water- instead wipe with
damp cloth.

Always store your jewellery in its original packaging.
